HI Big Tex.... There is a Hatchery located in Cameron Tx. Just south east of Temple Tx.  on 77 N. ( between Temple and Austin) I have not ordered Pheasants from them but have ordered chickens and guineas. And I have wonderful success with them. You can even go to the hatchery and pick them up yourself. Here is the website   www.idealpoultry.com   I don't know your resaons for the pheasants but if you are raiseing for the table you may want to try the Jumbo whites as they are a bit larger than the ringnecks and easy to dress. I order mine from www.Arkanapheasantry.com they are also closer (Arkansas) and more reputable for pheasants. I am due south of you 5 hours on the border by the sea "Good Luck and Happy Trails"
