Just wondering everyone's thoughts about putting 2 different breeds of quail in the same pen. I am incubating some Bobwhites now but am tossing the idea around about hatching another breed. I was thinking about the Texas Blue Scale or the gambel's. Would this be unwise to cage them in the same 12'x12' pen?

Very much so : never mix species

You'll end up with a bunch of dead birds
