WOW!  I hope this got finally settled.  Makes you leery to trust anyone on their word anymore.  I think M&M gamebirds said it best when he stated in another post that your customer is top priority when you are in business.  If someone takes your money and spends it and does not deliver the goods he will not be in business very long.  Having been ripped off before in a similar incidence with another supplier I gave up and decided to not ever do business with them again and tell everyone I knew about it.  How could any one not defend Shelly in her actions at trying to make it right.  She lasted much longer than I would have for $56.00.
