I can't post it for the last month I've only owned it for about 2 weeks and it already has made over $ 7 and contiuning to grow, in parking.....I guess more people than I thought looks up and types in Chukars !

OK, just had a quick look at the site & my first thought was : Home shopping network.
It is a site with links. To buy a jacket and other worthless stuff. The links are not even related to what the site seems to be.
In my opinion, completely worthless.
A person wanting a site with Chukar info could start a new site, for a great deal less involved (ie:$).

 as of 6:30 PM est  wednesday it has made  $ 8.40 USD

My site makes Money...this is what it is developed to do, Nothing more.

  How much of an investment would you expect to make for a return of $400 per annum?  That would be roughly a dozen Coturnix Quail, something like $50 US.  I might pay that.  Would the new owner be obligated to retain the links to everything there, now?  How long before they could be replaced with topic relivent links?

  I know a little about Chukars, and next to nothing about website values, so forgive me if the questions sound dumb, or insulting.  I bought a pig in a poke once (if you know what that is).  I always like to see the fruit first, these days.

anyways it is a site that has no rankings and not even recognized by any of the search engines.

as far as content, it is a parked site meaning a company is using it. as soon as someone buys it it looses all content, pics, or anything else.

I like the name but when i searched on google for Chukar Partridge
That Quail Place was on the first page in the top 10
It also was on the 2nd page and 3rd page many times
SO THE NAME MEANS NOTHING
it is all about the content and the number of visits
