I had a really great run with my Quails. Made some great pickeled eggs. My wife would not eat the quail eggs no mater what. the kids loved the birds and eggs were a special treat. Dad can we have baby eggs for breakfast! Unfortunatly lasf fall a racoon found its way into the hutch. Unfortunate for him that he got caught in the nesting box.
Spring is around the corner and time to get something new and lookiong for suggestions. Was thinking phesant, Bantams or just something a little larger than Corturnix. Also recomended internet sites to find the hatching eggs.
