well if you read my post in health you know i need more pins.  these work good for me and though it might help some others out  if i posted pics.
you can see the pin is coming along good.  going to use advantech on the back and sides and maybe even the roof. the others are my solution to feeding 2 times per day cost about $8 each to make and they work great made out of 1X6 12 in tall 24 in long with 1 in holes and spaces every 2 in do there is a 1 in space between each opening

Backcountry, looks like a pretty good idea on the feeder let me know how it works and there shouldn't be much waste if any.  s98  ty2 Jim

Well Done!  Weird how you never think of things that may seem so simple.  I might have to build a couple of those to see if it helps keep the chukar from wasting so much.   s98

the feeders work great i did a small test one (12 inch long) last week to make sure it would work before i built a ton of them  hardly no waste  the floor is  also a 1X6 so everything screws   nice and tight(well all except for the front sides those are 1/4 in plywood)

the front bottom lip is 2 inch then  30 % angle for  1 and 1/2 inch  built 4 of them today  and got most of the cage done  should finish tomorrow ( i hope)

here are a few pics of the bird barn i have been working on
the back cages are grow out and the one on the right are going to be breeding pens there is 18 cages to a tower and there will be 2 toweres 1 for jumbo brown 1 for buttler  and i will make one with a few mods for chucker

the out side quail pens are 3 wide 10 long and 30 inches high the pheasants will be a few 10 X10 and 30X50
