I have one hen bird, (coturnix coturnix/Jap Quail) that came out of a hatch that is obviously a mutation of the wild/brown color. It is a fawn/cinnamon colour with a wild type pattern, but is much lighter than the others with light yellow tip fawn/cinnamon feathers and no black markings, (its not a manchurian as I have plenty of those). I searched the net and found that there is a cinnamon mutation, but everywhere I search there are no pictures, (frustrating). Can anyone point me to a picture of a bird with this cinnamon mutation?
