After my bad hatch now my 3 pheasant chicks have crocked toes. One of them is has all three toes bent. The other toe just have one bet toe. My question is will these straighten? Is there anything I can do to help? I'm worried they will get worse and affect them getting around normally. Any help would be great. Thanks

do you mean it looks as though no blood has fille their little toes? Or do you mean, blood have already filled their toes and they are walking around but yet has bent toes?

If it looks as though blood haven't filled the little toes yet, try rubbing/massage their legs on down towards their toes. Worked on two of my quails.
