Avoid at all  cost. He recently stiffed me on an $180 order and has been reported multiplel times to Ebay for undelivered orders.  His account on Ebay has now been disabled.

If he was selling any gamebirds or gamebird eggs, he must and should be Licensed by the State of West Virginia, Dept of Natural Resources. He also has to have a current West Virginia Business License as well.

Did you asked if he was licensed to sell? Did you get his License information? Call Charleston WV Dept of Natural Resources Law office a file a complaint. If he isn't licensed and you have his address, give it to the DNR office and they will take care of the problem.
