Hi everyone. After months of research from this board I hatched a few Butler Giants (14 successful) in April and things have been cooking along great until this week. My plan was to use this small group to begin a small home source of meat and maybe (emphasis) sell a few for dog training. This crashed yesterday after I came home and went to feed and found all but 1 of my quail DOA. This hen is a little confused but otherwise healthy. s85
They showed no signs of being eaten and there were no tracks in or around the flight pen of a predator. My pen has an electric fence around it and there was no signs of digging, etc.
I am going to put out my deer trail cam to see what can be seen but if anyone has any ideas I would appreciate it. I will probably start over (hard headed that way I guess) but want to be certain what I am dealing with.
Thanks!

Seems to me your deer trail cam is a good idea, but there would probably need to be some quail in there to cause a predator to come back, if it is a predator.
