Title: Will wild quail breed in cages?

I have some blue quail that come up to the ranch house to feed around the cages.  Will they breed and sit in large pens like fly pens or will they just kill themselves trying to escape.  Any suggestions except about state law.

You put wild Quail in jail, you too will have the same experience  nn2
