Large red growth on sinus cavity

Hello all... So here's the thing, I noticed a relatively large red growth on one of my quail's sinus cavities. It seems as if the entire right cavity is swollen, and just about ready to turn inside-out, or burst. Either way, I haven't had any luck with the books on my shelf, so I am going wi-fi to try to find answers, and tips. If anyone has any experience with this I would sure appreciate some words of wisdom.
