Welcome to my club!
Don't have any idea yet either. Good luck to both of us then.
My quail eggs started cracking almost three days ago.

someone needs to come up with a sticky that has info for first time hatchers, sort of a checklist for newbies / temp, humidity, turning eggs, incubation period etc.
A humidity guage is a must. I use a cheap 5 dollar dial one. Doesn't need to be fancy just a 2-4 percent acuracy ballpark.
rule of thumb Day 1 - 3 days before hatch due---60-63%
last 3 days---------------------------80-85%
remember to adj temp if you are using a mini-dome type incubator.

I found using a spray bottle with evaporatingly hot water is PERFECT. My little guys are cracking their eggs open as I type. Especially for still air incubators.
