Last summer I had a flock of Huns through the yard now and again. Here is one picture out the window, looking at the old garden.

This morning I saw a trio in the yard. Pictures taken out the same window. No fear, I was hanging out taking pictures and they didn't seem to mind. However, it is not uncommon for me to do this, so they are used to me :D
Deer are in the same garden, "trimming" the raspberry bushes and willows.

Headed for the barn.

Reeves,

I thought you had more snow then that.

The deer look like about 175 lbs.

Nice pictures!!

The Deer are young ones, likely hatched in 06.

Is that anything like "bird brained"?  Bet he makes the does do all the work, too.  I've heard Muleys aren't very broody in close confinement.

You would be correct ! I haven't had to trim the willows since buying the place !

Hey, we finally got some smileys! Haven't been here for a week or so... 0009 Good god those deer are gigantic, Reeves. That's about as big as most real wild ones around here get ~200.

I wouldn't know what to do with property that flat............it sure would be nice though. The only flat land around here is next to the rivers.

Build pens without any troubles. Stick a bunch of steel pipe into the ground to rust away. See the next Province/State  s020

That's BS!!   Everything I do requires 4 wheel drive and cliff hanger boots!  I always tell the kids....."if you drop it, you're going after it!!"
