Title: Lake Cumberland
Post by: grousehunter on June 11, 2004, 06:54:57 PM
I just received my last order from Lake Cumberland game farm.  I ordered 180 chukar eggs and the 1st time they came at least half the eggs were broke.  The box was very poorly packed with one tiny layer of foam between the box and the eggs.  I called Lake Cumberland several times and could not get a hold of anybody.  I then emailed them and they said I would have to file a claim with UPS.  I called UPS and they said no, Lake Cumberland has to do it.  After several more calls and emails to lake cumberland he said he would ship me out more eggs, Well about a month later I got my eggs.  He had the nerve to charge me again for shipping.  I ended up paying 64 dollars just for shipping.  The second box was packed the same way but only about 20 egs were broke.  I will not be a returning customer.
