I have been test running my incubators for 16 days now in anticipation of egg shipment tomorrow.  They have been holding rock solid the whole time untill last night.  I have digital thermometer/humidistats that record any variations in a 24 hour period. Sometime last night 2 of the 3 incubators went up to 102  for how long i dont know.  When I checked them this morning they were at 100.  There was a significant weather change last night (about 40 dg drop) and the outdoor humidity droped 45%. Any thoughts

I'm no meteorologist, but my guess is barometric pressure, humidity............... in which all intertangles.   dk2   I do know that it will/can effect incubator conditions.  I would continue to monitor and make adjustments accordingly as weather conditions change. This is why it is important to have incubator in as stable (constant temp and humidity) of a environment/room as possible.  Some incubators are more sensitive to ambient conditions than others in my experience.
