HATCHING PERCENTAGE

IM ONLY GETTING A 50 PERCENT HATCHING RATE WITH QUAIL PHEASANT AND CHUCKAR IS THIS NORMAL FOR BUYING EGGS THROUGH MAIL ?

Might be a little low but I have noticed that my hatch rate on eggs shipped in is no where near as good as I get from my own eggs.  when i receive eggs by mail I tray them up and let them set out at room temp over night before I place them in the incubator this seems to help them stabilize and helps the hatch a little bit.
