Is there a way to tell if an egg is fertile before you put it in the incubator? I’ve proberly threw away 300 eggs this year. Do A&Ms have to have light to lay year around? My A&Ms are laying but my BWs are not.
Thanks for any help.

If there is a way, I do not know of it . And yes you do have to put 14 to 16 hours of light on them for them to lay threw out the year...
