Automatic waters for baby quail

Ok someone help me out, I need some form of an automatic waterer fro my baby quail in a homemade wooden brooder.
I have tried the economy drink cups from Kuhl but the babies seem to small  to use them.
Maybe I need some form of nipple system.
Tell me what works for these little guys.

at first I use those old time ones that has a canning jar with a smaller drinking seface so they can't drown. then I use the round ones that I got from GQF . in the cages when grown the use the gqf drinking system.with small gups.
