Hi there komer!

Sorry to here about the predators. That seems to be part of life in this business. Nice cage j2

What is the hot wire going to the cage? It looks like jumper cables.. Never mind, it is the ground cable from your buzz box.(welder)

komer,

What are the requirements regarding the importation of either wild game birds or domesticated? Also do you have any rules and regulations that you have to abide by, and are there any inspections or tests H5N1?

I had noticed in the WHO publication that there was only 1 case of the Avian Influenza, 21 October 2005.  That Croatia's first reports H5N1 in wild birds (migratory swans). H5N1 Continues to be reported in wild birds on routine surveillance, through April 2006. Was this anywhere located by you?

There hasn’t been any cases since then to date. Is this correct?

Oh, and for those interested for the U.S.,

14 August 2006 USA detects LPAI H5N1 in wild Mute Swans in Michigan.
02 September 2006 USA detects LPAI H5N1 in wild ducks in Pennsylvania and Maryland.

my supplier is only breeder in croatia that breed hungarian partridges and phaesants...he works for hunters and breed birds for them, and i will get health certification with birds, off course...that is main thing for me...just need health birds:)
today iam working on cages for rabbits, they will be similar to quail cages, but with some modification....just need 4 box for rabbits...and when my welder maschine is overheated,i work on partridges houses:)

for rabbits, just welded soem frames, need to buy some wire and weld it on frames.

this will be one side of house for partridges:)

this is wood for houses:)

pens for partridges

Corn is planted ,but still isnt out:)before 7 days i planted corn

and cages for quails....

have about 120 quail eggs in incubator,i hope so i will have at least 50-60 quails to put in cages:)

ps.forgot to take picture of predator trap:(

edit: just have change,i gave 5 bantam chicks, and get 6 "not wood"-my mistake in english translation, mallard duck chicks:)
