Looks like a fellow who knew how to handle a whitetail could keep from spoiling a Mule Deer. Actually, one I killed with a bow ran downhill and laid down next to a fast running mountain stream. I doubt there have been many deer that went from living to chilled meat any quicker. It wasn't any more tasty than the others. Up there they eat sage, acorns, and twigs. (No asphalt).

The Buck with the taller rack is out back laying on the hay right now. Took a picture and even used a flash light for more light. Still wouldn't work with the small digital camera.
The small light at the top of the pictures is one eye lit up.
