Calculating hatch Rate

hey all
  see now when you are looking at an auction and you see something that says 100% hatch rate that is because they kull the infertile ones.
that being none as HATE RATE
   check out my auctions and when it is talking about how good the eggs are it will say for instance 95% fertility
this being known as # of eggs put in an incubator
    sorry but here it is not time efficient to candle eggs so that is why we do a fertility rate and not a hatch rate
     Its all confusing till you think about it for a minute.

Being new to hatching eggs I looked at sellers hatch rate.  When I saw 85% hatch rate it meant to me that if set 100 eggs and did everything like him as far as incubation, I would have about  85 eggs hatch.

Well let me clear the confusion here.

Fertility Rate=All eggs
Hatch Rate=Fertile eggs
