If it's the 22nd day of incubation for button quail, and two of the eggs (out of 14) hatched on the 19th day, can I expect anything from the 12 remaining eggs?

I'd give them one more day.I usally give my eggs 3 to 4 days after the hatched date then chuck them.

Agreed.

I've had some go as far as 4 days beyond due date and still have a couple hatch.
