I had already been to  "Individual State/Country Discussion  Nebraska", but thought the link to it was malfuntioning.

I now see the one reference to the regs. does include link to Neb game and parks.  I had been there, to.  have forms from them but wondered if anyone her has done it.  They arent real clear about what all they expect  Like asking for anything from government they want to keep you ignorant, then claim that ignorance is no excuse.  Just didn't want to have them come out, then find I need something they didn't make clear.

They have to have a set of Rules and Regulations pertaining to game birds on the harboring, releasing, selling, hatching, breeding. If you can't get it locally within your area get in touch with the main law enforcement section of the NEBRASKA GAME AND PARKS COMMISSION
 at you state capitol.

The Rules and Regulations and any amendments to the state statues to the NEBRASKA GAME AND PARKS COMMISSION will show all the information that would be needed in acquiring your permit/license. It should also state square footage per bird(s) (pheasant, grouse, quail, turkey) Importation requirements, permit fees. It may also distinguish what NEBRASKA GAME AND PARKS COMMISSION consider as a wild game bird vs poultry.
 .

Don't give up be firm about what you are requesting.

Yes, it's best to check state and local regulations before proceeding.
