Thanks for the warm welcome. Lets start with the weather question. Mid 20's at night and 40's during the day. Great weather for the maple sap run. Have the wife boiling down some sap now to get some fresh maple syrup. Just another hobby for us. Sure does taste good.
As for birds I raise chickens, Pheasant and Bobwhites. Meat and eggs all for the family. I would like to start raising some Coturnix quail. From what I read here on this forum it's the way to go for meat and eggs. I have incubators and cages all ready just need the eggs. Not sure were to get them. Can't find any near home. I have seen many on Ebay. Not sure about getting them from there. Anyone have any thoughts on this. Are any members selling eggs?
Great sight you have here. Glad I found it. Peter

This would be the best place to find eggs but if you cant find any here then go to eggbid.com there is good folks selling on there..I have bought lots of eggs there and never had any problems. Just look at the sellers feedbacks.
