I have decided that all fuel prices in the States will be double of Alberta's fuel prices. This will be used as a subsity to lower our prices by at least 1/2.

You all are def. right about the feed prices!! We're just gonna have to plant gardens and stay home!!! Sounds good to me.... All the critters can just go free range and we can just be self sufficient!!!

I'm sure there probably is!!! There's a tax for eveything, and if we find something that doesn't have one, give em a little time, they'll come up with it soon enough!!!

They already got it covered.......it's called real estate tax.......they'll just have to raise them in order to compensate.

Better yet............

Let's put it on the ballot and actually "vote" to pay more taxes.        ???   s47   That's always fun and makes a person feel all patriotic and such.   s53

GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR!!!

My place, sight unseen, was assesed @ 80k higher last year. Taxes went way higher. I have made many calls to find out how/why this can take plce on a "false" economy and have NEVER recieved a return call !
Now that it has/is in a down turn, one would think it would go down. Right ?
Nope ! After the bastards get it, no way will it go back. I'm livid about this and have yet to find a person I can chew a new orfice about it.
It's not done yet !!
I'm going to kick and squeal till I get an answer !

The deep sea fishing party boat I go out on just added a surcharge of $100 per charter.
I was wondering how they could keep up the the price of fuel.
I paid $3.65 yesterday to fill my truck.

I'm going to have to cancel my XM radio and won't be able to get Lil' Charlie that new Nintendo Supa Mario Laser Game Dude ($300) for his birthday just to make up for the difference in fuel this year.    s47    Poor kid,   I hope he makes it without being too traumatized!   Next thing you know, people may have to part with one or two of the 4 cell phones they have just to be able to afford tunes for their iPods!!   :-o  What's the world comin' too?, how we goin' to make it?   s47

Just wait until the electric goes out!   :-o
