There is also some photos of the BW eggs in the incubator, etc. Not that you all don't know what this looks like... But,  I plan to updat them as they hatch.

Good job building it.....but...the opening for the top is to big...they will start jumping out in no time..also 3/4 of the top should be solid wood not wire..you will have trouble keeping heat in..remember the old theory...heat rises....and I did not see what your heat source is going to be...other wise good job...

As mentioned before, some sort of catching method may need incorporated.  As mentioned previously, if the entire top is lifted with chicks in there, they'll escape! Also, if anything is put on the bottom for the first week, such as paper towels, etc., you'll need to be able to get that out of there or change it without having escapees. I usually cover mine with several layers of paper towels, then just remove the top soiled layer until the first week is up, then all can be removed.

Thanks everyone! When he builds something, he BUILDS it! He does enjoy it, but he dosen't like me taking his picture! 
I plan to have a heat lamp over the top for the heat source, and am considering a nipple waterer system. I see what you mean about almost the whole top opening up---I'll think about that. As for the floor, I have some of that non-slip shelving liner to place on it for a week or so.
