Very, very, slow shipping and rude customer service. Anyone else dealt with them?

Nope, but in todays economy they should bend over backwords for you definitely let them know

There's a statement in their e-bay auctions explaining their shipping policies. I just can't believe it takes them that long to ship. I ordered one small item, buy it now, and requested fast shipping if possible. I got an email from them 5 days ago saying it was processed for shipping and still have not received it. I have ordered things from alot of places and this has never happened to me before.

I was going to buy quail egg racks from their site for 16 and some change, but their shipping was over 10 bucks!! Bought the same thing from another site, 6 bucks shipping.
Shipping was too high for me with them.

I dealt with them last spring. Never ever again. No communication and even though they are in Oregon and I'm in Washington it took 30 days to get what I ordered.
