Hi Jeremy, and s016! I have XLD1 Coturnix Quail, as does my partner. Ron is getting 12 eggs per day and I am getting four or five. These chicks hatch in the turner ( they are nuts! ) and are quite large.  If you want  eggs let me know. The price is .50/ egg plus shipping, you will be happy with these birds. Ghost.

Jeremy, my birds run 10- 12oz.  I stuff them with a sage sausage, rub with seasoned salt, fresh cracked pepper and seven minutes under the broiler. Mmmmm! The breast has good dark meat, the legs are smaller than  Bob. Let me know what you want to do. Ghost

Greyghost, Those sound like very good quail. The way you serve them up sounds delicious as well. Do you and partner have other quail available too?

Hey J Thompson, My partner Ron and I are just getting into Bobwhites. Thanks to Jim Murray, a friend of mine. Who has a tendency of stepping on others feet! t15  In all honesty, Jim has Bob's ,  I have Jumbos, and Ringnecks. What are you looking for? I will bet we can help.
