pheasant not walking

I have a hen that recently stopped walking.  She originally got weak in the legs and now they have totally gone out on her.  In the past when I have had something like this happen it has been when it has rained and has gotten cold suddenly but here in florida it hasn't been cold in some time.  I have dealt with this(if this is the same stuff)  in the past by adding antibiotics to the water.  She can not stand at all on her legs.  Does anyone have any suggestions?  Thanks.
