Early Season Chukar Eggs in WI

Hello -  I was just wondering if there would be any interest in early season chukar eggs.  I was thinking about trying artificial lighting this winter to have fertile eggs about the beginning of Feb.  The only problem would be that buyers would have to be somewhat local, West - Central WI or East - Central MN.  Kind of hard to ship eggs when its 20 below up here.  Thanks!
