Hi Hows everybodys birds doing now that it is getting colder? I have a box in my pen they all get into and if you chase them out you can feel that heat haha. One of my coturnix got out the other night and since it was dark and wouldnt let me get I figured that a opossum or a raccoon will feed its self for a day. - Brian

Forgot to ask... In PA I believe that you dont need a lisence to own Tennesse reds but you do bob whites, well I know how to tell if a tennessee red is a male but not a female. (Male always jumps on top, may not jump on a female but they always jump on top) Either, does anyone know how to tell how a ten red is a female? Other than having to flip the bird over and do all that fun stuff with it? OR do you think to get past having to get a permit I could get a ten red and bob hens? Since they wouldnt be pure bobs think I could slip past? - Brian
