Does anyone know of an easy way to extract a boiled quail egg from its shell?  I like to pickle them for my family but find it very hard to get the egg out.

cover eggs with white vinegar, after 12 hrs. the shell would hav desolved leaving just the membrane

If you keep them it the fridge for 7 to 10 days before you boil them they sometimes peel easier.
