Title: Quail hunting in Tx.

Have 2 open spots for hunters on 13000 acres near Childress TX.
This is a year round lease
Quail hunt from Nov 1 through all of Feb.
Comes with a 4 bedroom house with all utilities paid
This is not a junk house
Barns to park ATV and kennels for dogs.
There are only 12 of us on the lease
$2600.00 per year

is the $2600.00 per gun or per party? and if you pay your part of the lease can you bring guests? and also is the lease only for quail or can you also hunt whatever else on the lease? ty2
