Title: Chicken feed vs. Quail Feed Is there a difference?

With very limited resources for feed suppliers can i use chicken starters and lay crumbles instead of Gamebird feed for my Courtnix?

any feed supplier should be able to order gamebird/showbird   feed if they don't carry it in stock.  As far as the chick feed goes I can't answer that I have only raised chickens so far LOL

No, you can't feed gamebirds chicken feed. Use a turkey starter crumble 24-30%, until you can someone to order you in some gamebird feed.

If you can't find gamebird food add soy meal to chicken feed to bring up the protein
