If my hatch time is 17- 18 days, do i stop turning the eggs three days before the 17th day or three days before the 18th day?

hehe...if you look at it that way...you have a dilemma

Your supposed to decide on one hatching date. I always use day 17 for the coturnix variants. Therefore you stop turning on day 15

if you're a day off its ok.

I know this sounds stupid, but do i turn the eggs on the 15th day and then stop, or do i not turn them on the 15th day?

good to hear guys.

I currently have 24 buttons due to hatch this coming week. Just hatching these for friends.

12 mountain and 10 valley quails due to hatch the following week. Then another batch of 14 valley quails to hatch the following week after. Finally 29 bobwhites due to hatch the following week after that one. LOL

Loooong story. LOL 30(1 cracked) bobwhite eggs came free with the GQF force air electric thermostat kit i recently purchased. Great deal, $142.95 free ship from direct. Then the different batches of valley quail eggs are the eggs im collecting and setting from my pairs.

good luck all. ill post pictures and my results.
