Is it worth the time to skin the whole bird or just pull off the breast?
How do you guys kill them?
I've done lots of chickens but never any quail. Can't imagine you take the time to bleed them.

Slider,
I think you may have been the person to post that you just remove the head to kill the bird.
How?     Just cut it off?    Pull it off??

Pete I just use a pair of scissors and cut the head off close to the body and then cut the whole wing off then the feet and skin it then gut it..

I do mine the same as slider.  Can't beat a well shapened pair of scissors!  It's over very fast!   Just keep your fingers out of the way j1
