As we've been saying, these are made with 1/2" x 1" welded wire fabric.  The first picture shows the pipe (handle) I used to bend them.  The second is the turner with 60 pheasant eggs ready to go into the incubator.  I use the same rack for everything from chukar and pheasant, ducks, turkeys, peafowl and geese.

Look good and low cost too!  Bend them a little closer for quail, huh?

John, I haven't found these to be much of an improvement for quail.  I use my GQF turners for quail and set 120 per rack at a time.

These racks are mounted on a little giant turner.  they could be mounted on the GQF if needed.  I just use zip ties to secure them.
