hi. does this board sell food as well?
looking for some chick starter and then some regular quail food for egg laying.


maybe 5 pounds of starter to begin with. I don't know how many will hatch (hopefully some!)

cheaper to go to a feed store 50 lbs cost 10 -15 dollars

Look in the phone book for Feed stores locally. That's how i found them around my parts. Or even call up Pet stores. If they don't carry any then you can ask if they know of any Feed stores.

If you must get it online, they do sell by small amounts on ebay. It's true that the price of shipping is too expensive. Way more expensive then what the feed is worth for its' weight.

Coturnix are the pigs of the quail world.  My coturnix will eat 4 times what my bobs eat, and of course, that comes out the other end as well.  Enjoy.  You will need to find feed locally or you will pay for a new substation for the USPS all by yourself.
