Now that has to be the oddest perch I have ever seen... what do you call that? Modern art?  :laugh: Looks pretty cool, nonetheless ! You set that with concrete? Are those young honeysuckles I see on the side of the pen?

Forgot to mention, it's a roof support in the Amherst pen.
I have a number of others, but the bark has yet to be peeled off. As time goes on more will be done in each pen.

Poured about 4-5" into a 5gal pail & set a stainless bolt into the center to keep the bottom in place. 4 - 3" coated deck screws to hold the top.

Yes, Honeysuckle on the sides. Four places. Growing slow. Had some frosts that knocked them back some.

Cedars in the pen are growing well, about 3 years old now. Pheasants are nice enough to fertilize them for me  :laugh:
