I was thinking 50-300 but no sure yet exactly how many. Depends on how many cages I get built this winter. What weight does your birds average?

...........................and believe nothing that you hear, and only half of what you see. Looks can be deceiving. Also remember that you are getting the eggs not the parents... Read the fine print if there are any. Buyer Beware!!!

I will take you  guys advice. I just figured if he thought they were that big I would get some nice 16 ounce birds which I would be happy with. These little Northerns I have are good but small. I would like to have to only fix 2 birds instead of 4-6

If you are looking for the perfect table bird in a gamebird then raise you some Chukar. They are the perfect size and taste better than a quail or just as good...and you do not have to worry about size because they are already there...
