Lamp worked. Temp is stable. I hear chicks inside! Thanks for your help and I will let you know how many hatch.

The chicks hatched. I can't remember who suggested the heat lamp above the incubator, but thank you because it worked!
Now.... I am getting a different incubator. I am looking at a Hova Bator. The newest one with the big window and automatic temp. Anyone have one and if so, do you like it? Thank you!

7 out of 24 hatched. I know... not good, but I was satisfied considering all the trouble I had.
