The y laid about 7 eggs at the beggining and have not laid since. I hen from last year that was laid and I hatched its eggs last year. With her are her melanistic Green children M & F and the green cock. DOgs chewed the tarp blocking the view into the dog pen on other sdie of fence.

Could be the dogs? I would try and isolate the birds so they don't see any other animals around them except for you, when they're feed etc. Did this problem start before the dogs chewed up the tarp? Thunder storms seem to slow my pheasants down from there normal laying cycle.

Dogs chewed the tarp in the winter. My friend has some of these birds HEns and siblings and they are laying normal.

That leaves environment, feed, water and light. Sounds like they are outside, so light is probably OK. Do they sometimes get low on water? What, exactly are you feeding? Is friend feeding exactly the same, including calcium source?
I'd also suspect that the dogs have them off balance, and nervous, but check everything else, too. Where are you located? My Chukar egg supplier says his Pheasant are winding down, now.
