I candled eggs from the two broody hens (Amherst and Reeves). Both were doing OK...but I cannot let them hatch any this year. Tossed all the eggs.

Later that afternoon, the Reeves hens was "fairly" upset: tried to attack one of the cats through the wire ! That was a first !

The Amherst hen found some plastic eggs & is now trying to hatch them  :laugh:
