here at the ranch we have about fifteen heat lamps.  they are about 2 foot square and sit aobut 1 foot off the ground.  they are made of galvanized tin and have 2 red bulbs under them.  they also have two heat coils.

they problem that I have is that none of them seem to work.  I was wondering if someone might  know where to find spare parts.  I know the description is not great, and I will try to add pics soon.

I hate buying new things when I have old things that can be repaired at twice the cost.  It seems like such a waste to not use them.

Can you tell if there is a Manufacturer or part/model number on it somewhere? This will help to ID available parts.  Do you know why they aren't working? Thermostat not functioning? Are the bulbs getting juice?  Pretty simple theory: between the bulbs and the power cord is a thermostat and maybe a lamp/indicator.  Be careful though, electricity should be respected.

You might look around at:

They sell coils too.
