Has anyone ordered from tslgame farms off ebay?
I bought butler quail eggs and that was in Feb. and
they still have not been shipped out, just keep getting the run around.

yes i bought about the same time .same story , he is laid up or something not to sure ...note to all buyers do not buy from this fellow (TSL)
i have reported him to e-bay but still thats not punishment enough for me.
still waiting for eggs. ihave talked to a few people and same story not just this year it has been going on for a couple anyway.

I bought some eggs off him when he first started on ebay. Everything went fine. Nice clean eggs, ok packaging, curteous emails. STill alot of hairline cracks on eggs, explained latter.
A few weeks latter I purchased another batch from him. After not receiving any eggs, I emailed him and he said it was due to bad weather. So I gave him the benifit of the doubt. Took a month, and only after I emailed him that he sent them. Eggs came dirty. Many buyers complaining of not receiving eggs. He shouldn't put up any auctions if he can't supply. But he seems to keep auctioning and collecting money even though he can't supply.
Alot of eggs with hairline cracks from hitting each other because he doesn't secure the eggs in the egg cartons as I explained here. I emailed him the first time to give him this tip but he never considered it cuz the 2nd batch was the same: http://www.thatquailplace.com/smf/index.php?topic=2433.15

Just keep in mind not to judge EVERYONE who sells on Ebay by the actions of one. Alot of us take pride in our business/products, and are out to provide a legitimate service. I personally strive to be the best out there, provide the best service, and the highest quality eggs. I use only the best shipping supplies, and my packaging is second to none. As far as I know, nobody packs their eggs the way I do, and my feedback shows.
TommynTexas has been having a few problems for the past couple of years. Hopefully he gets his act together. Either way, please don't judge everyone by one bad apple....

Still toooo long to wait for eggs. What would a good excuse be? If he didnt have the eggs...least he could do was refund payments and stop his adds. But he probably took many payments and just sat on it till he got his birds to lay or fix whatever issue he had.

Just a note, ebay is bouncing auctions that do not guarantee express deliver if I understand it right from the egg exchange forum. They've been really busy talking about it. Haven't had time to follow it, only having my email jammed full from the discussion.

I also had read on another forum that a lady was looking for a place to sell chicken eggs because Ebay was requiring that eggs be shipped "Overnight". I had never heard tell of this before, so you just confirmed that it must be something new. That will put the egg prices out of reach and maybe help the auction on this site out? Ebay should be more concerned with the thousands of "Ebay Stores" with 80000+ feedbacks that rip people off constantly and get 300+ Negative feedbacks a month and still have a 98-99% positive feedback! That's alot of ripped off people in a month! And I was one of them!

I just went to e-bay and it dose apear that they have to ship next day. all of the shipping charges are $20.00 +++ and only 30 ads

Yup, it's true. Hopefully it'll get straightned out. Eggbid is a pain in the butt, and there just isn't enough traffic to the auctions here. Maybe that'll change, but it'll sure put a hurtin on me if I can't move some eggs.....

I bet! Sounds as though Ebay is sticking their nose in where it don't belong. Picking on the wrong people, they should go after the big crooks if anything. If I pay with PayPal I should get an automatic positive feedback for holding up my end of the deal, instead alot of the "stores" on there won't give you a feedback until you give them theirs first. If they rip you off and you give them a negative feedback, they automatically give you one too, in order to get leverage on you to withdrawl it, even though you paid promptly! Ebay needs more competition.

Yes but there are also alot of anal customers that give inaccurrate feedbacks to Sellers so that's the only way a seller can protect themselves is to leeve feedback after a buyer is satisfied and leave accurate feedback.
Regards to express shipping on eggs...that's rediculous. Must be due to complaints from buyers.? Im mostly a buyer and I would not pay for express and don't feel it is needed. That's rediculous...there should be an option or loophole to shipping. If buyers agree with just priority ship then ebay shouldn't have the control over that.

I ordered some eggs from Tommy back in January and have not received them, however he has notified me a couple of times and stated that he would make things right but he was having health issues. His Ebay user name now states that he is no longer a registered user.
I have done alot of buying/selling on Ebay without incident til now. But I give Tommy the benfit of the doubt and wish him well!

I wish him well also if he truely has health issues. But some of the response from buyers are inconsistant with him having health issues. i.e. Him dodging and rarely answering emails, him not saying he had health issues to some, him continueing to sell if he has issues, his excuse to me was snowy weather.
Why didn't he just tell "everyone" the same story? He can easily make things right by giving you a refund. Don't wait too long or you wont be able to retract your payment. It's probably too late in your case.

The way I see it he is the one that has ruined his reputation and if he can live with his conscience then more power to him.
I am out $30.00 on some Butler eggs but after reading all the negative feedbacks I am not sure if the quality I was looking for was there. Live & learn!

Hello All, I'm still trying to get over my back injury with my L5 i fractured I'm not out to rip anyone off. I had been put on pain meds and muscle relaxers and I'm gonna make good on EVERY order. I got put on the steroids to make then swelling go down and it has me down for 2 weeks at a time. This happened in march and with me being an alcoholic been sober since 9/29/03. I'm TRULEY EMBARRASSED by what all has happened to me. I'm so scared of pills I was on valium and got hooked really bad i 2004 I got off them in may 04 and I don't like pills they make me STUPID(putting it litely) I wasn't taking them hardly at all and that's why its taking forever to heal they won't fuse it back said its just the 25% disability. I finally had to "GIVE IT UP TO GOD" as I did everything else that has knocked me down in life from my house burning down in oct. 05 GOD has changed me so much I forgot to do the simplest thing in the world which has kept me sober 9/29/07 will be 4 years of obriety. I'm having to goto a pain specialist 7/30 to get this taken care of. I had to pay before i was able to see the Dr.'s and they are as everyone knows are not cheap. I been gone since may til today I been hearing everyones comments from a GREAT FRIEND in here and they are helping my dad along til today 7/26/07.I've recently been saved and I'm back home now.I'm gonna make EVERYTHING right it'll just take me a little while just email me at TL768043@yahoo.com or Tommy@TLsgamebirdfarm.com.Yes I sure did ruin my reputation BIG TIME. When all this happened I sent a 1000 egg order out of differant quail eggs and this guy went crazy wanting his $200 back cuz the post office shipped them to the wrong address he got 100 butler eggs and 400 misc. quail eggs he raised a stinker I emailed him with the pic's of the confirmation #'s i refunded his money and its the same time I got hurt and I'm just selling things to pay for the birds feed and such. I had to use what $ I had for the dr.s visits and the orthapedic surgeon and now a "pain management" Dr. 3 days after i refunded his $200 the eggs came and the postal service emailed me cuz I had them tracked cuz I had the confirmation #. I made the BIG mistake of not getting confirmatiion #'s and some people were seeing blood and saying they never got eggs.It sure makes things easier to spend the extra $ on del. conf. so NO screwups will get confused.I've had these friends of mine helping me out from here helping me get things back in order.I WANNA THANK JOHN FOR THE VERY WISE SAYING"WHEN YOU FIND YOURSELF ON YOUR KNEES AND YOU CANT TAKE NO MORE YOUR IN THE PERFECT POSITION TO PRAY. I'm so sorry I made a marking on ebay and there are plenty of GOOD ebayers and several scammers too. when they did the shipping thing next day I listed just enuff to to be able to get eggs out here and there.I'M SO SORRY AND TRUELY EMBARRASED and ashamed. I will get everyone taking care of it will take a lil bit so let me know what your order was ALL the details. I've been sending out extra eggs with the orders so let me know your incubator size too.I'm gonna redo my website and tell everyone I WILL make good. The meds I'm on really did me in especially the 6 days steroids treatment cuz it was worse than any hangover it took 3-4 days to recoop from them but swelling is keeping it from going back in place.I hope everyone will forgive my stupidity I just stayed in bed for I couldn't get up and thats when i gave it "up to GOD" and have been taking them and being careful. I'm gonna do special orders for 4H'ers and school projects and fairs and I'll help in anyway I can and will make up I know it'll take some time. Sorry and GOD BLESS all, Tommt

Tommy, I work in physical therapy. Everything you are saying about the swelling & inflammation makes sense. Ask pain manag. about a nerve block injection. There are no side affects like you are feeling with the pain meds. However if it works you'll get a ton of relief. I am sorry to hear of your situation. Also, check with your local hospital. They often have state funds for medical expenses for people in your situation. I had read a bit here about folks who felt taken advantage of and I'm glad you are taking "steps" to get it right with them. Keep working your program & congrats on the 1400 days of sobriety !

Hello, yes I got to see the dr. it rediculous how much they charge but you gotta pay if you wanna be able to walk. I wish i was a dr. 1st. I'm getting things moved with in a few weeks. With all of my birds I had I was setting all the eggs well Dad was doing things for me and when i got back to my place after being away I found that my egg cooler had went out so 1500+ eggs a wek were being set not knowing how long thiss way going on i think it was making me not get very good hatches well i've been getting them back very good now and all of the birds are all laying up a storm all my coturnix are shooting eggs out. I sure did miss the taste of a grilled quail. I've got plenty of them and these are from good size birds. I'm gonna be doing a update on my web site telling anyone that I hadn't gotten eggs out to contact me. thanks and GOD BLESS,Tommy

Hello All, well I've got some help getting back up on my feet. I got my 2nd visit in at the pain management place and its still not looking good at all. They put me on the 10 mg.'s hydrocodone's for my moderate pain and for the everyday pain their getting me started on the morphine 2 x's a day and will be upping my dose in 2 weeks this is gonna be a long haul for me. The dr. said the surgery is gonna start in the neighbor hood of $12,500 for starters and no one will touch me without me having insurance.I'm gonna be rebuilding my farm and my bad reputationand I've got GOD guiding me the way. I've got some help with my birds and I'm moving to some property and gonna build my buildings and flight pens for what I'm gonna be doing. I had some help when i had to goto a relatives for I wouldn't sit still and heal cuz as ya'll know birds are a full time job. I got started using them as a way to rehab myself and I've seen the potential here and will be up and going soon. I'd lost most my birds with my help not knowing what to do but it was the best that could be done. I'm getting plenty of the Texas A&M's these are the original ones and the jumbo browns(XLD1's) I'm gonna be selling them cheap $20/100 + shipping. I'm needing northerns very bad eggs, or birds as I can find them. Birds are scarce here I've got every single one sold for the rest of my life I'm gonna be getting breeders asap. If I owe YOU eggs get in touch with me and I'll see what I can do. I've got pheasants and chukars for next year and for this winter their gonna be indoors with lights on them. Just for building my stock and I'm gonna be redoing my web site(finished any day now) I've got a long haul for me to get back to where I was in doing EVERYTHING right and EVERYONE right too. I've got GOD leading the way and will be staying in touch with the forum now and getting chewed on by EVERYONE thats got chewing to do or wants to do. This has been the WORSTE TIME OF MY LIFE and I KNOW GOD will get me back up and going and I can make good with everyone. I'm looking for northerns very bad.
