hey everyone i just got some tennesse reds and mexican speckled bobwhites how many days do they take to hatch and give me some info on getting a good hatch rate

They usually take 23-24 days but I want to warn you about Tenn. Reds.  They have been known to be nasty little birds at a very young age.  I have always had to debeak them because of them pecking each other.  I never could brood them with anyother quail.  Also remember the smaller the egg the more humidity you will need in your incubator.  Enjoy
