I like them all, but the coturnix do mature a lot faster and I like the A&Ms. What do you guys think? They all do well for me financially.

Have to go with the bobwhite, because it takes me back to when I use to hunt with my late father, you could say that it one little thing to keep his memorie here.

I keep track of my birds laying and I had one coturnix lay 306 eggs without missing a single day last year.  Does anyone know a bobs yearly average??

We had 45 birds 30 of them females and in 81 days we had 1680 eggs. I keep track because the best layers do not get eaten.

I RAISE BOTH AS A HOBBY, AND COTURNIX TEXAS A & M ARE IN MY OPINION THE BETTER OF THE TWO. THEY PRODUCT MORE EGGS AND VARY VERY LITTLE IN SIZE. I LIKE BOB WHITES BECAUSE OF THE WISTLE OF THE MALES. ALSO THE EGGS OF THE COTURNIX SELL VERY WELL, AND THEY ARE PROLIFIC LAYERS. :D
