Can you keep button quail in with cockatiels also do they help mantain a birds c

Ok i was surfing the web and i read an artical on button quail unfortunatly it didn't anwser my questions, Is is ok to place a button quail in with three cockatiels in a cage that is 3 and a half feet tall, 2 and a half feet wide in the front and 2 feet deep? Also does it help mantain a birds cage? If so how? Because i was told it helps to clean a birds cage. Thank you.

I think that size cage is to small to do that...may be if it was 4 x 4 x 6 ft tall.
