if you put a tuxedo female in with a common coturnix male, would the eggs be fertile or no?

also is one significantly bigger than another?

Thiers no reson they wouldn't be feritle they are the same bird just different colors. A tuxedo is a mutation of a normals courtnix.

If you were to cross different species of quail you will most likely get infertile birds. But since these are the same birds you aren't crossing anything. If you breed these 2 birds together your just mixing genes.  Just wanted to straighten that out a bit.

You will most liekly get some normals, browns(what i call chocolates), Tuxedos and some off colored ones.  Its hard to say exactly what you will get. I use to have about 4 or 5 colors together about 20 birds total and I got everything out of them some in various shades.
